Great place...horrible experience

I started going here as soon as they opened. Spending money on level 3 packages and buying expensive lotions. The place has always been clean and friendly service until today. I had asked the actual owner if it was OK to use my credit card for 3.00 and she said yup, she absolutely doesn't mind and whatever the customer needs. Today her daughter informed me they changed the policy which I can completely understand as it does cost them money, but instead of letting me use it just for today(my last day of my package and i had no cash on me) She basically said sorry...too bad. I was about to purchase another package tomorrow and like i have said...spent lots there in the past 2 years. I feel like it should have been handle different. I think I should have been able to use my card this last time since the owner had told me before it was no problem. After the fact I was so upset I called back there and the owner's daughter said she thought I would be calling to "get her in trouble" and that I had an unnecessary attitude when I left...ummm OK I think anyone would have been tiffed at that situation. No big deal to some...but to a mom of 3 who looks forward to the 13 minutes of peace every few days...it's a huge deal!
