I had gotten bad service from another mechanic and took it to Jeff in despair. Jeff took care of all my problems and always had reasonable solutions to any of my automotive questions.

When you own a high end car, you want a mechanic/shop who knows it best. That is EXACTLY what you get at Automotive Techniques. Not only do the employees have a thorough knowledge of what they do, but they are also passionate about it, which is great when you need recommendations or tips on how to keep the car running great. I haven't had them tell me they don't know what the problem is, but I'll keep trying to stump them as my car needs work in the future. They do an excellent job and I'll recommend them for as long as they are in business.

Lots of auto mechanics out there, but to find a great one at fair prices is almost impossible. Automotive Techniques has some exceptional mechanics and their attention to detail is unmatched. I have been with them for 8 years and would never consider going anywhere else.
